We’d love you to involve your company, and join us as a Local Team Member. We will include your name and photo on our “About Us” Team page.
Involve your company by inviting co-workers to sign up for the 24-hour Challenge
Suggest to HR that the company coordinate the 24-hour challenge on November 19, Everyone Matters Day – the anniversary of Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address – when all employees can collectively follow through with the challenge.
Be in touch directly with our Everyone Matters president HeathCliff Rothman with additional ideas about ways your company and employees can engage in Everyone Matters, with additional activities before and on Everyone Matters Day, on November 19
If you see a way to get your company to support Everyone Matters with a donation – we’re a non-profit 501C, so it’s tax-deductible! – you will make us very happy!
If you think there is a tie-in between the goals and values of Everyone Matters, and your company – and see a co-branding opportunity, if it’s a large enough company – you will make us very very happy!
Write a blog about any aspect on the issue of Tolerance, Inclusiveness, Discrimination, Judgmentalness, etc – either a single shot, or as a regular. The blog can be branded with your name, title and photo – or not.
Invite your co-workers and friends to post a video “share” for us about their experience being judged or judging, or stand up for a group that matters to them that is unfairly maligned – whether gay, females, overweight, disabled, religious, ethnic, whatever. Or any other relevant idea about Tolerance.
Suggest that your friends and co-workers upload their “I AM” photo – holding a sign, wearing a t-shirt, or other interesting, innovative fun way to express “Pride in Identity” for being a member of a particular group, religion, ethnic group, city, state, etc. You can organize the photos during a lunch-hour or after work, and use the company logo as a backdrop!
If you are inclined, volunteer your expertise to help build and grow Everyone Matters. You can also collaborate directly with our team via video conference and email, to strategize and coordinate with us various aspects of our campaign.
